Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, Neato Robotics, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser (“you” or “your”) that your Neato Robotics hardware product (“Product”), excluding batteries, shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase. In the case of batteries, a Warranty Period of six (6) months shall apply. You may also find the full details of this limited warranty explained within the warranty document supplied in the packaging of your Neato Intelligent Robot Vacuum
This warranty supersedes all other warranties in respect of the product. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. To claim, you must return product and proof of purchase to place of sale. We will then repair, replace or refund the defective product for free.
